Great Big Green Week

In June communities across the country will join together for the Great Big Green Week. It is the biggest event for climate and nature ever in the UK, and everyone’s invited! 

Organised by The Climate Coalition - a group of over 100 organisations, including The Wildlife Trusts - Great Big Green Week will see 1 million people from communities across the country swapping together for good, to: 

1. protect and restore nature
2. lessen the impact of climate change
3. strengthen our communities
4. demonstrate to politicians that they need to step up and play their part

Help us make the 7 - 15 June 2025 the greatest, biggest, greenest week the UK by getting involved! It's a brilliant way to bring your community group, school or workplace together. Could you organise an event in your local area? There are lots of great ideas and resources for events on the Great Big Green Week website.

There are so many ways to get involved with Great Big Green Week! You can try:

• a swap in your daily life, like using your car less
• running a clothes swap or repair cafe in your community
• swapping concrete slabs for a wildflower area in your garden
