Join our volunteers at Brynna Woods and Llanharan Marsh for some hands-on conservation work, fresh air, exercise and good company.

Help us remove invasive non-native Himalayan balsam to keep Brynna Woods and Llanharan Marsh full of lovely native wildlife.


Meeting Place: Meet at the western entrance to the reserve, off Brynna Road, by the naturally woodlands housing estate. Nearest postcode: CF72 9ZR

Clothing Requirements: We will be working outside so please wear weather appropriate clothing, sturdy waterproof shoes/wellies, and bring some water. Gloves will be provided.

Accessibility: We may have to work in areas of the nature reserve where there is thick vegetation and access is difficult. It is recommended that you wear trousers and long sleeves to protect your skin.
